• Space for rent for your children's party, birthday party, family celebrations, children's birthday party.

• Prices:

  • Children's parties, birthday parties and individual rentals:

    • 650 CZK / hour (rental length over 6 hours)

    • 750 CZK / hour (rental length: 4 - 6 hours).

  • Weekends for scout groups, children's and youth organizations - 6000 CZK / weekend.

  • Regular activities every week - price: from 550 CZK / hour (minimum rental length: 90 min., min. contract: 3 months)

• During the week, the clubhouse is used by:

  • children's club: 22nd club Svišti, Junák - Czech scout, meetings: Friday 15:30-17:30

  • school for Ukrainian children: weekdays 7:45 - 13:15.

Included in the rental price:

• climbing boulder with mats

• 16 conference chairs (usually in stock, so please let us know how many you want to prepare)

• 6 extendable tables (usually in stock, so please let us know how many you want to prepare)

• glasses, basic dishes and cutlery, knives, coasters,

• dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge

• WC

• bathroom: sink + shower

• tall and wide mirrors on the longest wall

• WIFI

• SMART TV on the wall without antenna connection, with the option of connecting a player via HDMI

Furthermore for an additional fee (price for the entire rental period):

• large speaker with stereo jack and Bluetooth connection + two wireless microphones for an additional fee of 550 CZK

• X-Box + kinetics + GAME Just Dance 2019 and 2021 for an additional fee of 550 CZK

• swing suspended from the ceiling for an additional charge of 150 CZK

• gymnastic rings suspended from the ceiling for an additional charge of 150 CZK

• climbing rope suspended from the ceiling for an additional charge of 150 CZK

• rope ladder suspended from the ceiling for an additional charge of 150 CZK

The clubhouse has two zones: a narrow strip with ceramic tiles at the entrance door. Here everyone changes into socks or soft slippers. The remaining part is equipped with a wooden floor made of soft spruce wood, treated only with natural oil and wax.

• The floor is very pleasant and warm, all visitors are required to take off their shoes after entering the clubhouse (you walk in socks or textile slippers - shoes with rubber and other hard soles are not allowed). Please inform all your visitors about this.

Warning:

You are responsible for the safety of visitors on the boulder (climbing wall) and on the sports equipment.

When climbing, it is necessary to ensure that no one walks / enters the space under the person who is climbing - for a safe jump onto the mat.

The space is not intended for running. Running very fast could cause slipping on the wooden floor (especially for children).

The floor is placed on slats to make it soft for walking, jumping on it is not allowed.

It is prohibited in the spaces: smoking (including electronic cigarettes), using fire, with the exception of candles on the cake, which must not be left unattended.

Animals are not allowed in the clubhouse due to prevention for allergy sufferers.

Do not place wet objects on the wooden floor, furniture, kitchen worktop and wipe / dry any spills immediately.

The space on the wooden house is not accessible to children for safety reasons.
